I think I've finally figured out what's making me so tired lately. It's not the extra work I've been under the past couple weeks, it's not my horrible eating habits.

It's sleeping.

I went to bed feeling just fine. I allowed myself plenty of hours of rest. And I woke up in the middle of the night too weak to move. So clearly, sleep is making me tired.

I might be paying for old habits now. I used to didn't sleep that much or slept at weird hours.
